Buttonwood Beach is located on Maryland's beautiful Eastern Shore on a gorgeous piece of land adjacent to the banks of the Elk River and C&D Canal at the head of the Chesapeake Bay. Construction began in 1973 on this innovative concept in campground living, and now over thirty years later, Buttonwood Beach has hosted three generations of pampered campers. Quickly becoming one of the premiere campgrounds of its kind in the nation, we have never lost sight of our initial goal - to provide the best possible service and environment for our campers.
